The List...

So, I'm starting "The List" to light a fire under my ass to get motivated. This will serve as a reminder of where I want to be by 45.

The physical.
1. Run another half marathon, sub 2 hours.
2. Run an 18 minute 5k.
3. Complete a 100 mile "gravel grinder" race.
4. Complete a paddle board race.
5. Race 1 cyclocross season.

The mental.
1. Read 5 great literary works.
2. Teach myself guitar.
3. Learn Spanish.
4. Take ACA courses for SUP and re-up kayak instructor.
5. Write my "story" down on paper.

I will add to these, and finish the list including those below.

The Spiritual.
The Parent.
The Traveler.
