So, a lot of life is happening right now. I did make it to see the Doc, and got on some anti-inflammatory meds for my shoulder.  Seems to be working ok. That means the rest of the list could be in the works. The big issue right now is getting off my ass and get started with some training of any kind. I am trying to simplify things, change my perspective on life and success, and enjoy my life a little more. I will post progress pictures along the way, but part of the reason I hate the crossfit movement is the "have to post a workout selfie lifting 25 pounds" that every girl and guy posts to show they made it to the gym. I understand the people making a living at it, its important for them to be visible on social media, but the soccer mom pics need to slow down a bit. So off I go to break a sweat.
